a new flavor

Look at the picture!! This is called syakasyaka chicken, syakasyaka is like shake shake. This is a new menu compared with others. I think that Mac imitates KFC to compete!! The price is 120 yen. It is not so expensive, is it?? I hope so. Probably, everyone knows there are some kinds of powder for it, spicy one, black papper one and cheese, I think.
I recomendyou to choose black pepperor no powder. Recently a similar Chikin is seen in the shop like it, but more spicy one, called Habanelo. Some people really like it, but I hate it. I will never eat it, Im sure. when I ate it in the past, I had fever. haha I dont know why. I guess due to spice. It was too spicy for me to eat without water or drinks. Please be careful, man.




The next menu is Mac flurry, which is like ice cream. By each seasons a different taste comes up and make me feel happy and look forward to eating it. M favorite tastes that I ate ever are green

tea and strawberry shortcake. Both of them are awesome. very yammyyyy. some of my friends dont like shortcake.
Sometimes I think that Mac flurry is too much for me to eat all. So, I want Mac to make more small one soon.

This time, I wanna let you know the Mac strategies land the first boss. To begin with, let me tell

you the person who brought Mac from America. His name is Den Fujita, graduated on Tokyo university. He set up his company when he was 24 years old. The first goal of his was to achieve to get 100,000,000,00 dollars. He said that. However, most people laughed at his goal because there were not any food company to achieve it. It seemed impossible for sure for everyone. A decade later, he achieved his dream and he made more difficult goal like everyone don't believe it. He has alot of knowledge about many aspects that everyone never knows or think of it. I think if he chosen another job, he would succeed his goal and dream. I respect him so much like his idea and personality. it is so difficult to find like him over the world. Sometimes, American students come to meet him to hear the lecture. Moreover, other company boss also visit him to get a new idea. He says `do what everyone refuse` when he st rated his company, everyone didn't agree to his idea because Japanese prefer rice to bread. who eats bread instead of rice. However, now is different. The time changes.

Now Macdonal's has been advancing step by step. Other companies goes down their sales on acount of price of dollars decrecing. They should imitate Macdonal's like Rotteria. I know one spectacular company like Mac which is Starbucks. It's strategies for business are also interesting.

a new menu

Hi, I want to tell you about a new product of Mac. I went to Shinsaibashi for part time job in December 22 2008. It was night. Before I got there, I had found many people on the street and they were standing on the long line. It was surprising for me to see it because I had never seen like long line in my life.
when I got there, its shop was so crowed with many people who came to buy new product or a lot of audience. In the shop, there was also crowed with people and I found many workers.

A new product is called Quater pownder because of its size. Seen normal beef as a one-tenth, it is a four-tenth. It was so big. In America, it is regular menu.
In fact, I bought it and ate it. I got full, anyway. I prefer big mac to it because I felt like I was eating the only beef. I think it is too big for women to eat whole thing.

I worked for 5 hours there. Finally, the shop sold 10000 dollars in a day, which is the new record of McDonald's in Japan. However, it was deficit. the reason it was deficit was the shop gave a t-shirt for free to people who bought one set. they could do good commercial for Quater pownder instead. This was good commercial and more reasonable and cheaper than to broadcast on TV. Mac' strategies are so good and attractive. In fact, Mac is one of the company to keep developing their income in Japan. If you want to start business, I recommend you to study Mac' strategies as a knowledge. Morning Mac

Happy new year. hows it going?? I had a boring winter vacation with my family. Today I wanna talk about a morning menu known as Asa mac (morning mac) I guess that some people have never had it before. Therefore, I want people who have never eaten it to try to eat after they see this bolg.

There are various menu in the morning. You can buy it from 5 am to 10:30am.

This is one of Asa mac, called gridle egg cheese. As you can see, this can be separated to cheese, gridle, a slice of pork and an eggA gridle is kind of Hot cake, but a little diferent from it. The gridle contains of honey syrup a little bit. So, it is sweeter than Hot cake. This menu is popular with young people rather than adult. I think that most adults are not used to eating sweet things in the mornig because when they were younger, their breakfast was Japanese traditional food such as Miso soup and rice.

Next, this is Hot cake. I like it very much. When I eat it, I put batter and honey on it. its yam!!

How to cook is so easy. When I get order, I just put it in to a microwave oven and wait for 30 seconds.

it is suitable for everyone to eat in the morning, which means not heavy for breakfast. So, in spite of ages, many people order it. Popular. If you havent had it, please try it.

fries

I want to talk about fries. As you know, Mc has many kinds of fries menu, such as French
Fries and Chicken nugget. In general, these product are needed to fry for 3~4 min. After we finished frying, french fries could save for 7min and nugget could save for 20min. If time was over, we would throw them into trash cases. So, we have to think about how many nugget can be sold in 20min. its hard to controll how many nuggets are served!!!!

If these products were over holding time, their tastes would be worse and worse. so, we dont serve them to coustomer. thats our pride!!!

I want to inform you of good choice of sourse. when you buy nugget, you have been asked which soure do you want masterd or barbecue?? I prefer barbecuse than the other one.

However, on ocassion, I am puzzled which to choose. What should I do?? There is a good answer for you. You can say "both, please"

I have been sick recently. I need to see a doctor on this week.

Today I want to talk about gurakoro, which is simplified word of Guratan Korokke. It tastes like gratin. I think gurakoro is one of the most delicious food of all food of mac. It is my favorite one. It will have finished by January. We can eat it every winter. Of course I ate it last winter. You may think you have been tired of the taste of it.

However, this year, gurakoro is a little bit different from last year's one becuase gurakoro has small shrimps in it. That's suprising, isnt it?? New gurakoro is better than last year's one, I think. However, It became worse for people who don't like shrimp. I hope all my classmates like it.

Hi, how are you?? I am fine, but I have been tiered of my work and doing my homework recently. So, I havent got enough time to sleep well. It is serious problem for me. So, I try to sleep in every class.

Today, I want to talk about Mac system a little bit. First of all, all Mac systems are controlled by special manual. For example, clothes and how to make Humbuger are decided by manual.

Secondly, Mac members have class. In a shop, manager is most high ranking and trainer, crew and trainee. Incidentally, my rank is crew, but I hope I will be trainer within this year. The reason I want to be trainer is for pay because trainer can get 800 yen an hour in my shop. Crew can get 750 yen an hour.
However, trainer has a lot of responsibilities compared to crew and has to be a model of Crew. For example, trainer should not be late for their work. It means that they must be punctual and has to memorize knowledge of system completely.

This is a picture of Mac Rib, which is not regular menu. I think that it will finish.If you have not eaten yet, you have to eat by tomorrow, but I don't recommend to eat this with the idea this is yummy. I don't like this menu. The reason I bought Rib was just to take a photo to upload and to show you who have not eaten yet.
